A welcome package isn’t just physical items; it’s a gesture of love and compassion. The Joshua Ruiz Welcome Package aims to help every young man entering Nick’s Place feel welcomed and apart of our community. Named after Josh, this package includes essentials many take for granted, like headphones, a backpack, and even nail clippers. Each young man is shown he can feel safe enough to begin breaking down his walls and start healing from day one.
